How to take your measurements Description: Your little one will have no problem telling you what cows say this Halloween in our baby Bull Cow costume. The 100% polyester romper is covered in black and white spots, with pink accents on the feet and ears. The wrists feature elastic with Velcro down the back and lining the insides of the legs for easy diaper changes. The feet feature grips to prevent slips and satiny pink material with black accents to look like cow feet. A stuffed, plush cow tail with white fur topper is attached to the back.
