The polyester romper is black with white polka dots. Red decorative fabric is attached to the leg and arm openings. A red bow is attached to the top of the romper. The back of the romper features polka dots and Velcro closures. Velcro strips are also on the back for the wings to be attached. The padded wings are red with black dots. There are two strips of Velcro for attaching to the romper. The headband is black with two metal antennas. A red bow is attached to the middle of it.
