How to take your measurements Description: Dress your little lady in this Tin Girl toddler costume and you'll be off to see the Wizard! This costume consists of an oil can headband with a red heart. Heart designs also cover the silver skirt. Red trim lines the sleeves and collar with a red bow attached at the neck. A heart clock is printed on the left lapel of the dress. The costume Velcros in back and is made from polyester (please note the dress does not include grommets on the attached belt as pictured). Great with any of our Tin Man accessories, or paired with our other Wizard of Oz costumes, fit for the whole family!
