How to take your measurements Description: Our tutu pirate costume will dance circles around the enemy ships! This girls costume consists of a white, cotton tank top that features a black skull and crossbones printed on the front. The red tutu skirt consists of a polyester top that has an elastic waistband. The bottom of skirt is also lined with white and black mesh that peeks out on the bottom. The black bandana with white skulls has a satiny feel and ties easily into the hair.
